POP 3 Email Hosting With Spam Filtering

POP3 (Post Office Protocol) is one of the two standard protocols for downloading email (the other is IMAP). With POP3 mail, you will be provided with any number of mail accounts that you can use with any common email program (Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, etc). Set up one or one thousand accounts - it's up to you! You can also establish as many forwarding addresses as you'd like (eg. support@you.com, info@you.com, help@you.com) and these can all be forwarded to one core address, wherever you want.

Web-based Email

IIC also supports web-based email. This means that you can check your email from any web browser anywhere in the world, no POP email client configuration necessary!

You can still use POP if you want (e.g. Microsoft Outlook Express), or use our web admin, to check your email. It's your choice!

Unlimited Auto Responders

IIC allows you to sending autoresponses to those who have emailed you. You may want to use an autoresponder when you go on vacation. For example:

"Thanks for your email. I will be out of the office from May 20 through May 30. If the matter is urgent, please contact my assistant Betty at betty@somewhere.com."

You may want to let customers know that you've received their email and inform them of the expected turnaround time. For example:

"Thank you for your inquiry. We will get back to you within 2 business days."
